Join Zakia as she shares spiritual sounds, a sprinkling of hazy guitar and plenty of dreamy new musical discoveries. There’s heavenly, transcendent jazz from a singer, poet and collaborator with New York’s jazz greats, hazy guitar courtesy of a legendary French avant-garde singer, and plenty of new releases. With beautiful sounds from Welsh triple-harp player Cerys Havana, the magical voice of Ganavya and Welsh-Cornish artist Gwenno.

Elsewhere, we hear a beautifully crafted Dreambience mix inspired by the mystical painter and occultist, Ithell Colquhoun, courtesy of the Cornish painter and musician, Daisy Rickman. Inspired by Colquhoun’s depiction of the pagan standing stones around Cornwall (where she moved in the 1940s) and their energy lines, as well as her fascination with the occult, the ecological and the mystical, and to mark a new exhibition of Ithell Colquhoun’s work at the Tate Britain, Daisy collates a mix as an homage to Colquhoun. Her mix is filled with artists who, through their music, channel and communicate with a magical force and higher power.
